木ノ戸久仁子展『Stone Maker』の開催に併せ、一階茶室にて特別なおもてなしの茶会を行います。
木ノ戸の歴代の茶碗を使用するのはもちろん、石に因んだ様々な道具の設えや石にまつわる話をお楽しみ頂きます。
お菓子は青山・紅谷による、創意工夫を凝らした今回限定のオリジナル和菓子を用意します。
「石」が生まれるまでの悠久の年月、それを自らの手で「生み出す」ことに作家生命を賭す、 木ノ戸の覚悟を体感できることでしょう。

佐々木推奨の日本酒は毎回３種を用意。 作家や参加者同士の会話も弾む、楽しい時間を。

火山の噴火や地殻変動
プランクトンの屍の累積
珊瑚や鳥の糞の化石
気の遠くなるような長い時間をかけ、
地球の誕生から今に至るまで、
それは作られてきた。

「石」は地球の営みの産物であり、
言い換えれば
「神」の仕業ともされてきた。

そんな「石」を人の手で作るなど、
自然への冒涜なのかもしれないと
葛藤するとも、木ノ戸は言う。

自然美と人工美。

その二項を対比・混合・干渉させながら、
人間は想像と創造を重ねてきた。

それは即ちＡＲＴの歴史でもある。

陶芸の素材・技法を用い、
人間の手による「石」＝「稀晶石」を
生み出すことは
自然の大きなサイクルの中の
ノイズのような出来事かもしれないし、
神の目線からすれば
人間という欲深い生き物の
無意味で滑稽な執着に映るかもしれない。

しかし人間は自然を畏れ
神を敬い
地球の表層に転がる石に
何かが宿ることを期待し
依代として祀る。

「石」こそは自然の端末
「石」こそは地球の垢
「石」こそは神の落し物
木ノ戸久仁子は今日も
自然を畏れ
自然を敬い
神を畏れ
神を敬い
己の手で「石」を生み出すことで
大宇宙の真理のほんの一片でも
見つけられる日を待つ。


Volcanic eruptions and crustal movements 
Accumulation of planktonic corpses 
Fossils of corals and bird droppings 
Over a mind-bogglingly long period of time, from the birth of the earth to the present, it has been created.

Stones are the product of the earth's activity, or in other words, they have been regarded as the work of the gods.
KINOTO Kuniko says that she is conflicted about whether it is a desecration of nature to create such “stones” by human hands.

Natural beauty and artificial beauty.
Humans have been imagining and creating while contrasting, mixing, and interfering with these two elements.This is the history of ART.

The creation of “stones” (=KISHOUSEKI) by human hands using ceramic materials and techniques may be a noisy event in the great cycle of nature, and from the viewpoint of God,
it may appear as a meaningless and ridiculous obsession of greedy creatures called human beings.

However, human beings fear nature and revere God, and they worship stones lying on the surface of the earth as their dependents, hoping that something will reside in them.

Stones are the terminals of nature.
Stones are the dirt of the earth.
Stones are the things that God has left behind.

KINOTO Kuniko reveres nature, respects nature, fears God, and honors God.
She waits for the day when she can find even a small piece of the truth of the macrocosm by creating “stones” with her own hands.
